Hello, may I ask if this is the right process for H1B?

1. Prevailing wage determination
2. LCA
3. H1B petition on Apirl 1st?

Is this correct? or am I missing something. My HR decides to do this on her own, and I am little bit worried because I don't want to screw things up.

Yes the wage determination (along with LCA approval from DOL) will preceede the filing. Please read here.
