Hi,

I am planning to get H1B stamped next week. But I prefer to join in Jan-2005 due to the personal reasons. But the employer wants to arrange the telephone interview now. What should I say ? Should I tell the employer my personal reason ?

I am afraid if I tell my personal reason (s)he may not market my resume later ?

its better to communicate your issues with your employer upfront. dont attend the interview and then deny the offer as it may affect their relationship with their client.

it depends on the employer. good employer will not do that.
