Hi
I have a situation here.
In November 2008 I transferred my H1B visa and received a H1B petition valid till Sep 2011. I returned from US in April 2009 due to unemployment. My US employer will not be cancelling my H1B visa at any cost.
However I striked a job in India. But the employer would like me to file a B1 Visa and go for 4-6 weeks training in the US. I would like to take up this oppurtunity but I am unsure if my petition will remain valid after I return from US on B1.
I am sure my visa will be cancelled. But i would like to keep the petition valid so that I can return or transfer whenever required after stamping.
Please can someone help me with this?
