H1b petition Questions?

Hi,

Is it possible to do the premium processing once the H1b petition case status is "Received and Pending"?

Is it required that we should stay in US, until the petition is approved?

Please advice

what is your current status?

I think its not required that you have to stay in US.....

but in some cases if you are outside US maybe you have to go for new visa stamping for this H1

I am on H4 visa and am in US now.
