Is it possible to have a H1b petition approval date different from a start date. Can I for instance have H1b petition date of feb 1 and job start date of Mar 1. Is it true that a month is allowed like that between petition approval and job start date. Can anyone post a link to a relevant website, uscis or doleta.gov
