hi everyone,
My H1b is ready for extension. The visa stamping rule says the passport should be valid for 6 months atleast for the visa stamping. My passport expires in 7/30/08.
Can I go for my VISA stamping to CANADA on 15th January 2008 when my passport expires on 7/30/08 ?

Any suggestions?
 
Just get a new passport. You may or may not get the stamp, and even if you do you would need a new passport pretty soon anyway.
