H1B paid by sister company

This is a wired situation.
My H1B is applied by company A, but my payslip is shown company B.

A and B actually are sister company, they are like two different departments actully.

But when I do H1B tranfer to a new company, lawyer find out this could be an issue.

Is it a very serious issue, how to fix?
Please advise.

I'm sure you need to get paied by A, not B.
it has already happened, and you cannot fix it. Just switch the payment to A ASAP.
