As of now am on OPT until May 30, 2006. My H1B has also been approved with start date from Feb 22nd 2005.
If I leave the company in Feb 2006, would I be on OPT status or on H1b? My employer trying to play games with me. I dont have any papers of my H1 approval or paystubs.
Would I be able to leave in Feb and continue to work for someone on OPT or I should transfer my H1. Please advise
