I’ve a H1b (also I140 approved under eb2 category) from a US employer and would like to open an Office in Canada.
1. Does anyone know if this is possible and what steps are involved?
2. If this is possible then how long will it take to get Canadian PR (and citizenship thereafter).
3. Technically I’ll be an international manager working for a US firm, can I then file for US green card under eb1c category?
Appreciate any help on these subjects.
