H1b now GC but issues while hib

I had h1b visa which was sponsered by a company, they were supposed to be paying me way more than what they are paying me that what they said in the documents for immigration. Now they are being jerks and finding reasons to fire me. Mean while I got GC through marriage. Is there a way to get that money or at least report to Labor or something? any suggestion?
 
Write to DOL or call and tell, already some people from this forum got money from their employer.
