I came in US on H1B visa on July 1st, My employer didnt give me a job or pay check yet. He dont have any projects. Now i am getting offers from another companies , and they want to transfer H1B. from this forum i came to know that i need recent pay stub, that i dont have any. Could any one suggest the best way to transfer my H1B and be legal?
How can i make pay stub from the employer just for transfer purpose?

How can i make pay stub from the employer just for transfer purpose?
----- You be on the pay role of the original H1B holder and work with the future employee as consultant and they pay to your H1B holder and then H1B holder gives you 2-3 pay stubs and once you get recent pay stubs then file the H1B transfer with new employer. Discuss it with your present employer as he will have a CUT as he does not have job for you this scheme can be good for your H1b transfer, you also need to talk to new employer if they agree to this because this is the only solution for both.
OR new employer has to file NEWH1B for you and it will have no I-94 attached you have to go out of US , get H1Vsa stamp and enter on newH1B status and will get newI-94 at POE
