H1b multiple transfer with no recent pay stub

Hi,

I already have a H1B transfer in progress from Company A to Company B and i am on bench from last 3 months (so no pay check).

Now i have an offer from Company C. Can i now get a H1b transfer done to Company C? But the problem is the last pay check i have is 3 months old.

Please let me know if anybody has any idea how to tackle to this situation.

dilemma

You have to have some paychecks from previous companies in order to try for H1 transfer.
I think (strictly my opinion) is to sue the company who has been holding your H1 for wages and get out of USA ASAP.
