H1B minimum salary in CA

Hi,
I am an entry level employee ( as my manager says ), at a Software company in California. I had been working at the same company for 3 years; first as an intern, then part time employee under work-permit ( economic hardship ) before the company sponsored H1B last year.
I feel that my pay is very low when I compare my job with others'.
Is there a minimum salary limit for H1B?
I have 4 years experience: Programming C, Java... etc / Sys. Admin. in UNIX including lots of work experience with in-house software.

I would appreciate any advice.

use this website to check what your company or any other company in CA is offering salary for similar position.

http://flcdatacenter.com/casesearch.asp

Above web site is maintained by US govt & it discloses info about all H-1B cases.

If your salary is less compared to the cases from the above website, you try requesting your employer to atleast match them. Or dump u r employer(as the biatching company is taking advantage of u ), as the market is not-bad right now.

Many thanks to ReddWeb.

I will recommend this to my friends in similar positions.

I now know for sure that there is unfairness at the least.

As a new company we just hired a consultant and are doing his H1 visa processing. We filed for lca and some how the entry level camed to 55000 or something and the experienced level came to 93000. The way they determine the entry level is based on how long you have been with the company. If you have just joined them then it might be around 55000. If you have been around for 3 years then you should atleast get paid 70000
