I'm a US citizen, and my now wife has H1B status. Can someone give me a starting point/overview of what we have to do for adjusting her status to a permanent resident?
Also, we would like to be able to travel outside the country this August. She has valid H1B status, but does not have a visa stamp in her passport, so I'm not sure how she to enable her to re-enter the country. We have not yet filed any documents with uscis. Can someone help me figure out where to begin the process and what documents I need to file and when they should be filed?
