Hi Rajivji,
I travelled to USA in July, 2017 on H1B visa (stamping date from 12Dec2016 to 31Oct2017) and I worked for a year(with extension filled), after that my H1b extension got rejected.
So I returned to India, continued working for a year and quite that company. Changed two companies. Now I am planning to apply for F1 visa(Fall 2022) for graduation.
Is my H1b is still valid(5 years) even after graduating from US universities? or I have to go through lottery process again?
