H1B layoff...return ticket?

I'm working in the US with a H1B visa and am about to be laid off. What exactly is my employer responsibility? I think he at least has to give me the money for a return ticket to my home country. Or does he has to pay for more such as moving my belongings (after 5 years in the US) too?

He has to give saverign package ( package generally given to employees who are laid off) as 3 months salary or 6 months whatever it is.
