H1b Job Location changed

Hi Eveyrone:

Please help me here.

My company has changed my work site. Before i was working in walnut creek, CA now its changed to Reno, NV.

I joined new site before two days.

Now somebody told me i need to file a new H1B. Is it true?

My understanding is i just need to file change of address or possibly amended I129.

Pls give me some inputs.

---employer need to file new LCA for new job location. ask your HR or lawyer to get LCA for new location ASAP( they can get in 2-3 days)

You mean new I129. Its the same process as new H1b. I didn't understand you said my lawyer can get this in 2-3 days. I have also filed for GC. Did this change anything in that process.

Can you please explain this further?
And also i started working at new location is it legal? The company and my job duties are still same as previous.

I appriciate your help.
