H1B Incorporating a company | What kind of lawyer should I consult?

Hi,

I'm on a H1B visa and looking for a lawyer to discuss various options of incorporating a business in the US. My concerns would be a mix of how/where to incorporate and also the immigration loopholes to be aware of given my visa situation. Does anyone have suggestions on what kind of lawyer I should be looking for (i.e. Immigration lawyer OR someone with experience in both immigration and company registration ...etc )? I live in the Chicago area, so any suggestions of good firms/lawyers in the area are welcome!

it depends what you want to do by incorporating a business in the US. be clear for your plans and you will get info from others.
