I worked for few years in USA on H1b and then left to India. I left USA in Jan 2015 and my H1 was expired in June 2015. I am thinking to come back to USA for working.
My initial H1 6 year term is not completed. Overall I worked for 34 months on h1 status. Is there any possibility to renew my H1 now. If so please let me know what is the procedure.
 
Yes, you can come back to US. Just find an employer in US and then he/she can initiate H1B transfer. Then employer can file Green Card for you. There is some good news on Green Card. Check more about green card on xxxxx
