H1b: How can I start my Seminar business in Motivation Speaking?

Hi

I am working on H1 B Visa as a software product manager. Additionally, I am a good motivational speaker and have given many free speeches at many service organizations & conferences. I want to turn these speeches/seminars as my business. I guess I will need another H1 or some other kind of visa for that. What are my options?

Then what are my options? Unfortunately, my employer doesn't sponsor Green car and new employer will take over 3 years. I don't want to let me passion die, and want to cash these priceless skills I have.

There should be some way?
