HI

I used to Work for a x company and I revalidated my Visa here in St.Louis which have the x company name.
Now I changed to y company and i have my new H1.
Now My cuurent passport got expired and Got a new one with extension here.

Now I am travelling to India , will that create any problems
also I am planning to apply H4 for my Wife,

Will this create any issues for H4 or travel.

Please let me know.

-- ----You have to keep both the passports attached, your H1B with new company has the validity more than your H1 visa sticker in your passport, when enter US show both your passports and new H1B approval notice at POE and you will get newI-94 till the validity of new H1 approval notice. Remember now you may be having one I-94 in your PP and other attached to your new H1 approval notice lower right portion, you have to detach this and give both the I-94 (better staple both of them) when you depart US
