Gurus:

My friend was in the US on h1b for six years and went back to his
home country. After a year, his client applied for h1 visa and he is now
appearing for an interview, sometime next month. Between now and
the time he left the US, he has been owning a company himeself &
doing consulting business.

Will there be a problem if he signs the experience letter (of his
company) for himself, while appearing for the h1 interview?

If you or anyone of your friends' were in the above situation, please
let me know how your/your friend handled the situation.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

Do not sign yourself for the exp letter, ask somebody else as director to sign the papers.
