H1b for S corp

can h1b visa be filed to work for an S corp.
Also, can green card be obtained by working for an S-corp.
Please excuse me if this seems like a really stupid question.

S corp, C corp , LLC or partnership firm does not matter as long as they have very good financial standing and eligible (have projects or work to feed you) for H1.
