If my employer submits my paperwork for H1B on April 1st that means am I taken care of from the H1 quota point of view????
Do I need to insist my employer for premium processing, becoz last year (2006) the quota for Masters degree (20000 visa) got over in July itself and in 2005 it got over in December so this year it might be even sooner.
