Please help me, My company had filed a H1B for me the last September, In between USCIS had asked some documents from my employer, Those documents were submitted in the first week of march. Till now the status on the website remains same, that it will take 90-120 days to process after the first week of March.
Could you please tell , how should i proceed.what may be the reasons...

In my experience (I've processed about 3000 H-1Bs), processing times this long are extremely rare. I have seen may 3 cases take this long. Need to call USCIS to see what is up.

Yeah, you right,I have talked to my lawyer, he says he has raised a query...
I tried calling USCIS, but i suppose the law doesnt allow them to talk to the beneficiary.
Any suggestions?

The lawyer can call or the petitioner can call. They will not speak to you about the petition. Get the lawyer or the petitioner to call.

Mr. Mills,

The reason I am directing this to you is because you seem to know what you are talking about and I am very worried about my situation....

I turned in the required documents for my H1B to my company a month and a half ago.I was under the impression that my company had turned in my papers. I only got back a copy of my papers on the 10th-11th and when i checked them it said that the papers were signed 9th Aug. When i inquired with the person incharge of the paperwork and submission she said assumes the papers went in on time as she submitted them to the lawyers on the date they requested and they have not called back to say there is a problem. I am very worried as I have no way of knowing for sure if my papers were excepted or not.

1. Is there anyway I can track/find out if my papers were accepted?
2. How long does USCIS take to let people know they have been rejected or accepted?Do they always send a receipt notice? regardless if you are rejected or accepted?
3. What are my options if I do get rejected?

I would really appreciate your help as I am extremely worried about this. Thanks a lot.
