h1b extn denied

My h1b extn for 9th year was denied two weeks back and my lawyer re-appealed the case. My existing h1b expires first week of june 08, question is while my case was re-appealed, after june first week my status will be still legal ? Pls help

have u filed i-485 already?

if u have then u will be on AOS even if your h-1 is denied..
