I m working for company X and have labor filed through another company Y ..

Can I get 7 th year extension with current company based on labor filed and pending for more than 365 days with company Y.

or do I need to be working for GC processing company to get 7th year extension ?

----- YES, you can file 7th year extension for company X with LC filed by Y, you need SESA receipt when your LC was filed with SESA it will have case # and Pd on it, take the services of good lawyer

or do I need to be working for GC processing company to get 7th year extension ?
