H1B Extension

Hi,
I have the following questions regarding H1B extension.

1. My visa expires end of April, 2003. How early can my company apply for my H1B extension. (Is there a 90 day time clause from the visa expiry date before which one cannot apply for extension)

2. I am getting married in March, 2003. Can I travel while my H1B extension is in process?

3. I will return by March last week, 2003. Is it safe if I apply for my extension before leaving? Should I apply for my extension after coming back?

4. Will it be a hassle to get H4B for my spouse and get her to the US given that my visa expires in Apr 2003 and I will be applying for it her H4B during Mar 2003.

5. Typically how long does it take for visa extension through premium processing.

I am aware of the premium processing- but can I do a normal visa processing.
I will appreciate replies to any/all of the above.

Thanks

1. Apply 6 months before expiry
2.Not advisable. Yr expiry would be noted by the consulate processing h4.
3.Yes. If in hurry do premium processing
4. yes
5. 15 days

Thanks for your reply. But I guess my last question was meant to be
"Typically how long does it take to get an H1B extension by regular processing?"

Thanks
