H1B extension

Hello

My I797 expires on 17th of june this month. Is it too late for my company to apply for my H1 b extention?

If they do, can I still move to a different company using H1 transfer while my H1 b extension is going on?

I already have my AP/ EAD/ I140 . But I need to be on h1b to bring spouse in future on h4

the receipt date is before the 17th of june?
