h1b extension using spouse i140

My 6 year h1b period expires in march 2007. My wife filed GC under EB2 NIW category and we got i140 approval and our 1485 is in retrogression. We have valid EAD, but we both are working in h1b for diffrent employers.

My employer filed LC for me a couple of years ago.

My question is:

Can I get 3 year h1b extension using my spouse i140 approval.

No you can't.
You must have your own I-140 to extend your H1 for 3 years.
