First of all Thanks for all those who have input their valuable experiences here, which has helped lot of members like me.
My question is that I came to US with Employer A in Feb 2007 & after working for 2 months , changed to employer B. While Transferrring my First H1B, from employer A to Employer B, my Current Employer "B" did some mistake in LCA, because of which I received a query.But when my employer answered the query, I got a H1B denial. After complete explanation of the case to USCIS, they have approved my H1B transfer to Employer B, but they have not given me my I-94 Extension along with I797B.When I got my H1B denial, i became out of status for 4 weeks .My previous I-94 was valid till May 2009. To get back into status again, I travelled to India before 90 days from the day I became out of status and then entered US & got a New I-94. So I never stayed unlawfully in US .When I re-entered US in Jan 2008, I got my new I-94 only till May 2009, which is the validity date of my Current visa stamped in Passport.
Now I am planning to go for stamping with my current employer :"B"
Can i go for stamping in any other Country other than my home country?
Or do I have to go for stamping only in India?
Also how can I get my new I-94 corrected upto the validity of my new I797B(vALID UNTILL Aug 2010)?
Please let me know.
