My H1B extension is on file with VSC with an RD of Dec '03. Due to the extreme backlogs and my need to travel out of the country soon , I am planning to convert it to Premium.
How do I go about it ?
Do I need submit a separate application or Can I convert the existing apps to premium by paying the extra $1000. ??
I'm sure , many of you here have done this. Ur Guidance and Help is greatly appreciated.
