H1B extension question

Hi all,

my H1b with company A expired on Jun 30, 2007. Company B has filed an extension on my H1b on Jun 15, 2007. My extension is not approved yet.

I want to leave company B and want to go to company C. Can I file my third H1b (actually extension) even if my second H1b is pending? My understanding is H1b extension is to be filed before your visa date expires. My actual visa expired on June 30. But I am legal here as my extension is filed earlier.

Hope I am able to make my situation clearer.

Thanks

Best option is to upgrade pending H1 extension with premium process and you may get H1 extension approved in 15-20 days and once get approval in hand then file H1 transfer through C
