H1B Extension process?

Hello,

Is this the correct to apply H1B extension - h1bvisa.info/h1b_extension? My three years H1B will expire on August 2010 and I want to know the correct process to apply H1B extension.

Any help is appreciated.

your employer can apply H1 extension 6 month advance of your I-94 expiry date OR H1 extension petition must reach USCIS before your I-94 gets expired.

Just want to confirm.
So, the process I quoted is not correct! and my employer has to file H1 extension with I-129, pretty much the same process like to file H1B petition two years ago, right?
And is only $320 file fee involved in this extension process or any other fee does my employer has to pay.

for H1 extension USCIS fees, lawyer fee has to be paid by employer and for more info you should talk to your company lawyer.
