H1B extension Premium Processing

I upgraded my case from normal to premium processing. I checked the status recently from INS website and it gave me the following meesage "A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on October 08, 2002. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours."

What does the above message mean? Any help would be appreciated.

If you did not get a notice from INS within 14 days, update the address. It might be a receipt notice or approval notice or a RFE.
