Hello everyone!!!I need H1b extension at the same company, same position. I need your help.
Can anyone tell me what document I need to sent to USCIS?
Am I missing something?

I-129
I-94 copy
I-797A copy
Support letter from company
Letter (explain immigration petition, I am waiting LC now)
$185 application fee

Do I need to apply for Department of Labor again?
In I-129, I think I should only give petition receipt number for my current H1b and application receipt #. Could anyone tell me exactly what the difference between petition receipt number and application recept # for Prior Petition? in Part 2 of I-129?

I have been spending a endless time to find out information, I appreciate if you can answer any of my questions. Thank you!!!!!! :)

Yes, you need again Certified Labor Condition Application for H1b & H1B1 nonimigrants (Firm ETA 9035E).

In Part 2.

Point. 2: b. checked

Point. 3: Petition receipt number From Notice of action (Form I797A) of previoulsy approved H1B (EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx)

Point. 4. Same number as at point 3. (EAC-xx-xxx-xxxxx).

List of ducuments:

Fee in amount of $1685 ($935 if the company is non-exempted and has less than 25 employees)
I-129
H classification Supplement
129W-H1B Data Collection Form
Letter of Support
Certfied LCA
Evidence of Beneficiary's Valid Nonimmigrant status
Academic credential
Information about company

What is "H classification Supplement"?
Is this a form? or letter ? I don't know how can I get this document...if this is a form, can I find it from DOL web site?

Although I found a lawyer who asked me a reasonable legal fee and I decided to ask him to extend my H1b, I found that
your information was very informative. :)

For people who is trying to expend H1b by themselves, I found that
this form has been discontinued. It is now part of the Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

If iam extending my h1b ( 1st ext) should my employer just pay $185?

No, $185 + $1500 if it's first extension (extension after the initial 3-year period).
 
how soon can i apply?

can how long does it take for approval ( iam in Tx) ?

The intructions say you can apply with no more than 6 months before expiration date (page 14 in Instructions).

Processing time varies function of workload. For example, on August 8 were processing applications received on May 21.
