Hello,

1. My first phase of H1B will expire on 10/2006. What is the earliest to apply for another 3-year extension?

2. I heard about PERM for LC. Is it faster? When can I start apply LC via PERM? Has 4 level prevailing wage system been issued? How long will it take to get LC approved via PERM?

I assumed that LC is I485?

Anyone here has reliable lawyer reference? There are too many in the websites.

You are still in junior KG for acquiring the GC degree. You need to start at basic level because LC is the first step and I485 is the last major step in the GC process.
