H1B Extension, missed date

My H1 and my wife’s H4 visa expired on March 08 2007. Today is April 9, 2007. I was working for my company till date and got paid. We forgot to file extension to my H1 and my wife’s H4 visa. I’ve an approved PERM LC and approved I-140.

What should I do now?
Can I file an extension for H1 and H4 while in USA? How?
Are there any consequences for Green Card application?

Your are out of status

Currently you and your wife are out of status. Better consult an Attorney immediately. May be you should go for some one like Rajiv Khanna or Sheela Murthy.

You may not be able to get extension, but H1 petition will be approved unless there is any problem with your job/company. You have to get H1 stamp and reenter to activate new H1.
