Hi Guyz
I have used my Current H1B for only 2 Years out of 6 years. My Visa is expiring on December 30th 2004. My company is sending me Back to India next month and most likely I will be in India during that time. in that case waht will happen to my H1B VISA? Should I apply for an extension in INDIA or Fresh petition which will come under H1 CAP.
