I am in 6th year H1 and applying for H1B extesion from Comapny A for 7th year based on 365 days old labor. I want to transfer my H1B file to another Company B and I want to utilize based on Company A.
The possibility is company A may not cooperate in future.
Is it possible if I file another labor though Company B in 6th year ending and that I want to utilize for 8th year extension based on Company B's 365 old labor.
