1st H1b - Company A - from 5/30/2003 - 5/29/2006
2nd H1b - Company B - from 3/15/2006 - 3/14/2009
technically my 6 year period would end on 5/30/2009
but since there is an overlap of h1b periods when my second h1b started.
I still have 3/14/2009 - 5/30/2009 (approx 2 months) .
Can I apply for that month extension and what is the likely hood of approval or rejection ?
