H1B extension documents

Can some one please post what are the documents required while filing H1B extension (with the same employer and position).

Is a new LCA needed for H1 B extension?


(I am sure this question has been asked before and answered by others., but I could not find the right link.)

Form I-129,LCA,USCIS fees, recent pay stubs, copy of your latest H1 approval, copy of your I-94 (both the sides) and all the documents that you supplied to lawyer/employer for first time H1

** if you have spouse on H4 then file her H4 extension with your H1, request the lawyer to file her I-539 in same envelope )
