H1b extension denied

My H1B extension was denied but the petetion was approved. I have recieved H1B notice without i-94. Previous employers i-94 is valid till 2003. Do I have to leave immediately to my resident country to stamp my new visa or I could wait for a month and then leave? I am not sure if my previous employer revoked the visa or not.

U have to

travel outside US and come back with a new I94 ASAP. You can try going to canada/mexico during the weekend and come back. Make sure that you get the new h1 dates and company name in the I94.
