H1b Extension based on approved I-140

I will be filing for 3 years H1b Extension for myself only, based on approved I-140 (May 2006).

What are the filing fees I need to pay?
My lawyer sent me standard email with following fees and I dont think I need to pay ALL the 3 fees as it is NOT new H1 but H1 extension.

1) $320 - H-1B filing fee
2) $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee
3) $1500 ACWIA fee

Can someone please confirm the fees for H1 extension
