Hi,

I received my orginal H1 Petiton from Employer#1 in Jun2002. This was expiring in May'04. During this period I was outside of US for 368 days. After coming back Employer#1 filed an extenison in March'04 and my petition got extended till Mar'07. I moved to Employer#2 who did my H1Transfer and my new petition is valid till Oct'07.

My question is if I can file for another extension in Oct'07 with same or different employer?

TIA-
