I am working on H1B visa and my third year visa (i.e First Extension) expiring on Oct 2007. My current empolyer has filed for extension and which will come in next three months Aug 2007.
Can i transfer my h1b to new employer in the meantime say before Oct 2007? If yes then do my new employer needs to file extension?
