My H1B petition was submitted on August 11th.And on Sep 30, the USCIS has updated my case status with info that more evidence is being requested.
Does the evidence has to reach them before the cap of 65000 is met?
If, in case, the evidence from my attorney reaches late, will it be considered automatically for next year's (FY 2006) quota?Or since the processing started within this year's quota,will i still be able to get it this year itself?
Please advise.
