Hi everyone,
I came to USA on H1B in may 2001 for company say A. I transferred my h1 to another company B which made a mistake in the application I129 I guess which asks for SSN(9291 instead of 9191).I got the approval and I have been on this h1 for almost 3 yrs. Now i.e 2005 i am transferring h1 of B to another company C,
I wanted to clarify these questions

1)Do I need all H1b petition approvals i.e. from Company A & B or just the latest from B which is valid is ok?

2)When I file for transfer of H1 from B to C, I will write my original ssn i.e 9191, will this make any difference?

3)Do I need experience letters from all the employers i.e A & B?

4)Is one paystub enuf for the transfer?

5)I have completed my masters and filed for graduation but i didnt get my degree yet, but can arrange for transcripts. Will this be ok? I have education evaluation of my B.S which was used in previous h1 transfer.

Thanks in advance.

You need only the latest approval i.e. Company B's H1B approval.

2)When I file for transfer of H1 from B to C, I will write my original ssn i.e 9191, will this make any difference?

Yes, always mention the original SSN.

3)Do I need experience letters from all the employers i.e A & B?

No. Don't need experience letters for H1 transfer.

4)Is one paystub enuf for the transfer?

Yes, as it mentions the cumulative salary that your employer paid you for the whole year.

5)I have completed my masters and filed for graduation but i didnt get my degree yet, but can arrange for transcripts. Will this be ok? I have education evaluation of my B.S which was used in previous h1 transfer.

Yes, submit the transcripts and a letter written by the concerned official in your university that you completed the Master's program. Also send a copy of your B.S. from non-american university and the evaluation of your B.S.
Thanks in advance.
