PLEASE ANSWER!!!Urgent!!!H1B Transfer!!

Hi great Gurus and everybody else!
I would like to transfer my current H1B visa to this new employer. He has an IT consulting business and since he is trying to keep his expenses low he doesn't have an actual office. He has a address (not a PO Box) but there is no office there. It's just a suite in a building where he receives all of his business related mail. His IRS tax ID is also registered under that address. My question is, would that present an issue??? On papers everything looks like it should. It is a legitimate address, just no actual office. I also want to add that it's not his home address either. Please let me know. Thank you so much in advance!!!

INS require Inside and out side photos of the office in most cases of small office.

Send it with some computer in the office.

But must have your 3 years job itenary and project contract from the client.

Thank you for the answer. I really appreciate it. How can I write a job itinirery. It's really hard to know what and where I will be doing other projects in the future. Also, that employer is very secretive. He did not want to show anything such his business plan, client contract or anything like that. He said it's nobody's business and that there too much risk with doing that. What is he risking by showing his documents to the goverment??? I don't understand.
