I have a valid H1B on my passport and I also have an advance parole. I am still waiting for my I 140. I was planning to visit india and come back on H1b at least until my I 140 IS APPROVED.
Is there any new changes on H1b /AP for travel. Using MyH1b WOULD not affect my I 485 , right? I have not changed any jobs and I am on the same H1b.
Please give me some insight into this.
